This Tok Sen therapy course introduces students to the history, philosophy and practical application of Thai Tok Sen, a rhythmic tapping technique used to work along the body’s Sen energy lines.
The course combines theory with practical application, covering the origins of Tok Sen, its connection to Thai Yoga Massage, contraindications, preparation, Sen lines, traditional tools and a full Tok Sen treatment sequence. Students will learn how to use the wooden mallet and chisels safely and effectively to support relaxation, reduce muscular tension and encourage energetic flow.
Important note: Traditional Thai Tok Sen Therapy is carried out fully clothed, in keeping with traditional Thai practice. Students should wear comfortable clothing that allows safe movement and stretching during practical work.
